How Telephone Dictation Works:

Step 1 – Contact us via telephone or email for your personal pass code.

Step 2 – Dial our number ********** via a touch-tone phone. Enter your your personal pass code, and then simply begin dictating into the receiver or speaker of the telephone. You can use the key pad to control the recording functions (play, rewind, pause, etc.). Once you have completed your call, a digital dss file is created and routed to us for transcription.

Step 3 – We transcribe the audio and email it back to you. In the alternative, we transcribe the audio, print a hardcopy of same and have it delivered to you.

Confidentiality - To ease your mind, we are happy to sign a Confidentiality Agreement, which we can supply if you wish.

Storage of Documents - Please note that copies of all translated documents are kept on disc for one year unless we are requested to destroy same.
